Photoshop THIS!

Yes, I'm back with more ssssstuff for us to do! Like there are many Guess The Movie things out there, there are also many Photoshop contest type things out there, too. I'm wondering if y'all would be interested in stretching out your photo manipulation skillz and sick minds and posting your work in here. Here are some examples of stuff I have done at another site...

Task: Photoshop this bride with intentions.

What I Did With It:

Task: Photoshop this bewildered, banana-eating boy.

What I did with it:

Task: Photoshop this plush moth (original not available)

What I did with it:

So someone would provide an original photo, and we'd get to working on it, creating a new pic using any part of the original to qualify. Also, it may be a theme-based task with no original pic. Like this one:

Task: Boys and their toys.

My entry: I found a lovely shot of Jimmy Swaggart with his wife standing behind him and replaced the wife with a Real Doll.

Don't have Photoshop? Use Paint Shop Pro, Gimp (free), MS Paint, whatevah! Your work can be elaborate, still/animated, simple, silly, artistically wonderful, or artistically awful. This wouldn't be a "contest" with voting, no time limits, just a place to post your work and have some laughs or some ooohs and aaahs. So, anyone interested in getting this started here? (Sorry, I didn't see an option to create a poll.)

Ok, DCH wants to play! Cool. Although, it should be either an regular pic posted for us to work on (which I assume your is), OR a theme. Which wouldn't have an original pic to manipulate. Are you saying mess with your turtle pic or just photoshop any old thing with an animal in it? If the former, you'd just post the turtle pic and have us do our worst/best with it. :)

You put Theme: Animals, that's what confused me. No, you posted a pic and I manipulated it in some way. That's the idea. Not sure what Bibi is thinking though.

I wil just edit the first post and remove theme. So we can get this game started. I am curious though how will we follow through after we show our works of art?

I mean what if somebody is still working on an old picture and we moved on to work on a new one.

Well, that's the beauty of it not being a contest. In other such threads on other sites, your chances of winning are greater if you post fairly quickly. Here, they can post their turtle pic two weeks from now. We'll still get to see it, and it will be funny/awesome/crappy regardless of how long it took to do. :) Oh! And there's nothing that says you, the poster of the original, can't do your own Photoshop job on it and post it.

Assuming no one else has decided to play along yet, I'll look for a good original pic tonight and post it tomorrow when I wake up.

p.s. I know that Angelina shot I did is lame (turtle shell on her lip?? lol), but can you EVER get tired of staring into that face??

I can't see the resemblence of a cold sore with a shell.

It's a wicked wicked sore. I used the shell to make the sore. It doesn't always have to make sense.

It just has to use SOME part of the original picture. :)

Hard to notice the shell was part of her lip is all I am saying.
