was good to see you ferrets back on the server, even with the sweet new vid card it only allowed me to see far too many frames of my death :(

I'm still using the mobo, CPU (AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition) & RAM (8 gig) from a box I built over a year ago, but upgraded the ATI HD 5770 card to another mid grade ATI HD 7850 2 gig. I wasn't expecting much, but my 3D mark scores are up over 40% and while playing QW, I have the res (1920 x 1080) and all settings maxed (textures, 8x AF, etc) and the game never seems chunky.

The old card went into my boys visiting comp, so when he comes home for the holidays if can beat up on me as well
