New Computer for Work

Hey Guys just ordered a new rig for work. My XP rig is now over 4 years old. Supposed to deliver on Friday.

We upgraded a couple month back,
but only the 2.3GHz Xenon
Nvidia FX 580
16gb of ram though....

Sorry DieH, im not good in computers, but found one of the most powerfull pc for workstation as you need:

It cost 27 000 PLN, it is about 10 000 Dollars.

Same here DieH, so i spent 200 dollars one year ago only for pc, without monitor, mouse etc.

Soo...looking at the rig above.....what exactly is your budget?!?! Couldn't have been too cheap...

That Rig costs $1300.00. Which I did not think was too bad.

That doesn't sound bad at all...guess it's been awhile since I looked at upgrading my comp, but looking at those specs, I would have guessed higher...closer to $2000.

My previous XP rig was built by the same people and it is going on 5 years with very little problems. I swear by Asus Mb's. These guys have a website where you can pick a base system with AMD or Intel in the price range your looking for and then change any components or upgrade any components and see your prices as you do it.
