ETQW Video HELP a sissy out

Can anyone help me to figure out how to convert ETQW demos to videos for posting to youtube, break, etc.?

I've never tried making videos before, and the stuff I find on the web is WAY over my head!

I've got one of a mine, placed by Thebreaker, on the "windshield" of
the desecrator and I wanted to show it to him.

Only way I know, like with ET, is to use Fraps, you start fraps which is a screen capture animation capture and then run the demo and it will be captured as an avi file. They are much larger as an avi because in the demo file it uses the et base and only records the actions. There may be some other game capture software on the market but fraps is the only one I have used.
