Google Feanor and get from Wikipedia:
Fëanor (Yar) is a character from J. R. R. Tolkien's fictional history The Silmarillion. He was the eldest son of Finwë, the High King of the Noldor, and his first wife Míriel Þerindë.
Nouc is a mis-spelling(?) of Nước Chấm, a Vietnamese "dipping sauce".

Psychological interpretation: patient fantasizes self as a Tolkien character preparing a fish sauce for the feast to follow his final epic battle with the legendary BBA-Fish (aka fishead, fishface, fisheggs, ad infinitum)
