For those of you with ATI cards, theres 2 tools i usually use :
ATI Tool - I dont use it for my regular overclocking but fun to play with for stress testing.

RadLinker - This is the one i use for clocking, has settings to make profiles for different games or programs you run. So you can overclock say just the game and resort back to stock for regular stuff.
