BFG Tech Support

Well, for some reason, my graphics card fried or something. When I play ET my gun is green and there are just general graphic impurities all over my display now. BFG has told me to send it in for replacement. Has anyone ever dealt with BFG or can give me any advice on what to do? Thanks.

They will replace it for free probably. Call them up, get some sort of exchange/claim # and send it back in. I know they would because all of their competitors do.

Alright, I will get it done. Hopefully it won't take forever to get a replacement.

I had gotten a second vid card to run in SLI, but the BIOS wasn't up to date, so it didn't work. Shipped it to them (2-day shipping), they fixed it within two day and sent it back (also 2-day shipping). I stick with BFG because of their lifetime warranties.
