Oh, we break each other, too. (This damned song blew out one of the speakers in my truck.)

Someone was complaining recently about YouTube videos being too loud. But I checked like 5 different versions of these and none of them are loud ENOUGH!

Sorry, no decent copy of the video for this one could be found. A shame, it's a good video. If anyone can find it, please post it!

is it me or Testament is louder then back in the days ?Talking about the singer.
hehe Yeah, that Chimaira song is crazy good. Sadly, the rest of their songs aren't nearly that good.
Testamant: Louder? Hmmmm. Well, Chuck Billy almost died of throat cancer. Maybe they put in a bionic voice box?
And here he is doing some background growls for Light This City at around 2:55.

Sadly, Light This City broke up this year. :(

I just realized that no one has posted anything from metal gods Celtic Frost! Here are tracks 4 and 5 from another of the top five metal albums I own, "Into The Pandemonium". The first one is a poem written by Charles Baudelaire. Lyrics below.

Ce soir, la lune rêve avec plus de paresse;

I don't know wtf anyone is saying in this next clip, but there's some good live footage and the pretty lady talking makes me giggle. Is she talking metal or discussing baking recipes?

And here's an interview in English. The interviewer is Jasmin St. Clair. If you know who she is, naughty you! And yes, I've met her. :P And yes, she is as empty-headed as she seems and is a bitch to work with! But what can you expect from a woman whose work day may consist of having sex with 300 different guys at once?

Opeth covers this song very well, too, but I figured this is plenty for now. :D

Here is a little song i played on show when i was about 18-20 years old when i had a band It was called Remind
That song made me want to jumpjumpjumpjump for some reason. And I don't know French, I copied and pasted that. :)
Celtic Frost has been doing their thing for 20+ years. I'm surprised you haven't heard of them. They are Swiss I think. That's like almost French, right?

Wow, never heard of any of those, B. Converge = SICK! :D And the other three, especially Youth of Today, remind me of The Cro Mags.

Yep, saw them, too. After the show, my friend kicked some a-hole in the face, possibly breaking his jaw. There was much running involved.
And here's a couple more from my cassette collection. NYC Thrash and UK Death! \m/\m/

Carcass - Exhume to Consume (Lyrics)
Grimly I dig up the turfs
To remove the corrupted stiffs
Trying to contain my excitement
As I desecrate graveolent crypts...
Fingers claw at coffin lids
Eager festal exhumation
Hugging your wry, festered remains
With posthumous joy and elation...
Body snatched, freshly interred
Whatever takes my fancy
To satisfy my gratuitous pica
My culinary necromancy...
Scrutinised then brutalized
My forensic inquisition is fulfilled
My recipe is now your epitaph
Be it fried, boiled or grilled...
I devour the pediculous corpse
Whetting my palate as I exhume
The festering stench of rotting flesh
Makes me drool as I consume...
Caskets I grate
My larder's a grave
I'm sickly obsessed (with the badly decomposed)
Rotten remains I eat
Purulent meat
What a funeral feast (putrid reek)
Weeping tissue is stripped
Pus dribbles from my lips
Pulverising this pustular chaff
Butchering up morgues makes me laugh...
Ulcerated flesh I munch
Rotting corpses are my lunch
On bones I love to crunch (on the badly decomposed)
Shrivelled innards I lick
The corpse's head I kick
Crumbling shreds I pick (eat the stiffs)
(Solo: morbid melody for the deceased with salt to taste)
Rancid flesh, slaughter the dead
- Caskets exhumed...
Corpses disenterred, graves disturbed
- To consume...
Bereaved relatives are not amused
As on their dear departed I feverishly consume...
Slavering worms, decomposure burns
Corrosion born, as bacteria gnaw
Desecrate...
Precipiate...(from the muddy grave)
Macerate...
Eviscerate...
Caskets I grate
My larder's a grave
I'm sickly obsessed (with the badly decomposed)
Rotten remains I eat
Purulent meat
What a funeral feast (putrid reek)
Saponified fats, nibbled by rats
-Freshly exhumed...
Deep down six feet is where I like to eat
-Human flesh to consume
