Holy crap, Nouc! Five Pointe O is (was) AWESOME! Fantastic music. Like a mixture of...Rage Against the Machine, Armored Saint, and like 8 other bands. \m/ GRACIAS \m/
How many other bands this good do I not know about??? This thread has turned into something far greater than I ever expected.

I'm definitely familiar with Whitechapel, but I gotta say My Autumn FTW! Lots of keyboards in those others. I guess one band I like with keyboards is Fear Factory. Here's a video that takes me back to the Jopperless hay days of the Movie Game...

Thanks for the posts Nouc - 2nd myautumn track is heavy
I didn't hear that track in the film OMH- nice one for pointing it out.
I guess it's on me to get back to the grind and post something fresh>
Nice! Mastic Scum sounds like a great mix of Carcass and Napalm Death!
So I've got another idea for a theme we can play with for a day or three. (Where the hell is Bibizz??)
IT'S WHIPLASH TIME!
The idea is to post two videos/songs. Both songs should be metal, but on completely opposite sides of the metal spectrum. Or if you prefer, just totally different musically. Like you'd normally expect the second song to be similar to the first, but you'd be OH SO WRONG!
DELAIN - Frozen

SWASHBUCKLE - Cruise Ship Terror

Once I stopped laughing at this last one, I realized it rocks! And has some pretty cool filtering going on video-wise. I recommend going to the YouTube site and watching this one in full screen! The fun really begins around 1:40. YO HO!!
So does everyone get it who's gonna get it? Give us WHIPLASH!

Aah! Hiding the second video behind a link is much better for giving someone whiplash. hehe I should also say that the two vids can be totally opposite in their content/message as well.
Thanks for the Devildriver, Nouc. I was fascinated by their logo. I guessed at its meaning, then went digging to find that I had guessed correctly. And now I want it tattooed on me somewhere. The Cross of Confusion. Question everything. Man that's awesome. Now, while I listen to Opeth, I'll work us up some more whiplaaaaaash. \m/
Well, it's not whiplash themed, but it rocks! And needless to say, I LOVE the All Shall Perish video. \m/\m/
Normally, for your insolence, Nouc, I'd make you listen to/watch an old lady play hand whistle, but since I am truly grateful that you are posting here, I'll treat you instead! Treat you to what, you ask? To this!!
KISS - 100,000 Years

Man, that whiplash thing is harder than I thought. So let's just toss that idea and get back to it!
Now, I don't know HOW I will ever top that Swashbuckle video I posted the other day, but here's a few I heard this morning on my beloved Little Metal Box. \m/
Emmure - You Sunk My Battleship

Sodom - Electrocution

Primer 55 - My Girl

And assuming you dig the Primer 55, here's another one. Their 2 CDs are pretty awesome.
Primer 55 - Texas (Poor Audio)

I saw this and thought wtf!? Lol funny OMH.
I'm still around just a little busy.
Here's a little snack for ya >
Thank you much for dropping in and leaving such fine sonic goodness, mate! That Quo Vadis sounds a bit like late Carcass. \m/ And whenever I hear Angel of Death, I have a flashback to 1987 that is soooo clear!
I was standing in line to get into an old movie theater in Kuwaii, Hawaii to see Megadeth play. Peace Sells Tour. YEAH! In line in front of me was a guy with a jean jacket with the Reign in Blood album art covering the back. It was my favorite tape (tape!) then, next to Peace Sells. And the long-haired kid wearing the jacket was shouting all the words to "Angel of Death" and getting everyone all fired up.
That night I caught a drumstick AND met the entire band at a bar! Sitting at a table, drinking with the original line-up (minus the antisocial Mustaine) while we watched the house band play Peace Sells right in front of Megadeth. Awesome.
Sadly, I never got to see Slayer play Angel of Death. They walked off stage WAY early the one time I saw them in '89. Jerks kept whipping big plastic cups at them.
Good lord I'm a windbag.
I did however get to see them play this!
WAR ENSEMBLE!!!

And this one, in memory of Bibizz. (Warning: Do not watch this one with a hangover!)
