I know its just so stupid.... i can enjoy a good hard "fair" trash ....but there is some limits .....i love the power of the song but totally disagreed with those kinds of crowds.....i like a good hard trash that when you fall you know someone is gonna pick you up for not been smacked down head first I imagine me in at 5.6" inches and my 135 pounds in that kind of pit for me that means hospital

Yeh I hear that bud. Looking at some of those vids it looks alcohol fueled so it probably wouldn't stop until things got ugly.

Got Chimaira's first album (as far as I know).
This present darkness - check it if you haven't already.
Checking now and entire album + the hidden tracks are on youtube..
I asked if brawling was common at metal gigs in the US.
I guess the answer is a big yes-
I personally haven't been to any shows where the psycho kung fu guys were wielding arms and legs of death like in these videos. I have been injured in the pit a few times though. Suuuuper fun. 0_o

I know what you talking about ........Ill show you a video at a show of "Earth Crisis " back in 1999 , i was there ........ggggzzzzzzzz i was young 19-20 years old at the time . Almost all of the time the "kunfu" trashing style is done in small shows with about 50 -100 peeps maximum,ive seen it before a couple of time at the "Fouffounes Electriques" in MTL .Back to my video ......youll see at about excatly 1:29 things turned a little bit crazy and i was right in the middle of it Tkx "GOD" that song was not a 6:30 one At the end of the song i goted my little finger broked + nose bleeding ........Yay what a show I will always remember that one
