I think I've only had my Droids keyboard slid out like 5 times or less, the virtual keyboard works pretty well IMO, even with my big fingers poking at it.OhMyHead wrote:Yeah, Krispy posted instructions for doing that. I'm just a lazy SOB. :)
I was worried about this phone because of the virtual keyboard. I've been using that extensively for about a month now. Boo! No substitute for actual keys!

Would you mind pointing out where? I'm interesting in learning how to program for the Android operating system, and the more knowledge I have of its base functions, the better. Hell, further down the line, I may consider making an ET clock widget, but I would have to get some permissions from respective holders etc.OhMyHead wrote:Yeah, Krispy posted instructions for doing that. Your mind is a weapon. Keep it clean, clear and loaded...
GunClap, I think you misunderstood. He left these comments about making that graphic into an actual clock you can hang on your wall.
Meanwhile, I ran across an app that turns your smartphone into an actual vibrator. The comments left in the Market are hilarious!KrispyKritter wrote:You could do it yourself. Find a clock the right size & style. Blow up the ET-clock face to the right size, print it, trim it. Take the cover off your clock. Remove the hands. Make sure of the proper fit. Glue in the ET-clockface printout. Put hands and cover back on...But beware of future wrinkles.TheDecipher wrote:I swear I was gonna say the same thing Dickcheney......... Better yet, got to a second-hand store and buy a cheap clock to test it out on.
A last thought. Don't know how long you'd want to leave the cover off to let the adhesive to dry or out-gas.
Well, I'm a little late to the party...wife and I have been balking at paying $150 for a family plan with data/messaging so it took us this long to finally get smartphones. We got basic LG Optimus sliders with Virgin Mobile...only $84 a month total for both of us. Hooray!
Anyway, back to the topic at hand. I just took the Warbell .pk3, changed it to .zip and dug out some of the .wav sounds. Converted them to .mp3's in Itunes and dragged them onto my phone. I got the frog in the pond, the bell when axis rings it, the screams when you plunge into the black pits, and a couple separate growls/screams/cries from doing the sacrifices all set as ringtones now.
