Figured I'd share with y'all what I'm working with.
I used to have a Core 2 Duo running at 2.2ghz, attached to an ASUS P5N-e SLI board with 4gb of DDR2 RAM (Kingston). Went from an old Geforce 8600GT to a newer Geforce 9800GT. Ran Windows 7 Professional.
As about a month ago, I've upgraded my rig to more modern hardware.
I now own a Core i5 3750k, attached to a ASUS P8Z77-V LK Mobo with 8GB of DDR3 RAM (Kingston HyperX). Went from my old 9800GT to a new Geforce GTX 660 Ti. I am now running Windows 8.1 and I can handle pretty much anything I throw at it. Battlefield 4 runs so nice.
Current Config
Case: Cooler Master Cavalier 2 (Black)
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V LK
CPU: Intel Core i5 3750k
Memory: 8GB Kingston HyperX DDR3
GPU: NVidia Geforce GTX 660Ti
HDD: 1.5TB (1 500GB and 1 1TB) Western Digital SATA
Creative Soundblaster X-Fi XtremeGamer
Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Keyboard
Razer Mamba (Legacy) Mouse
My (recently upgraded) rig
