The 94 kills of Flinch. in Volcano
I wish to share the awesome kills of this player "Flinch.", who their real name is hidden behind (who knows how many?) smurfs.
this name is relatively new, and I'm almost certainly not be the last smurf we see of him (I heard his voice but he is using those programs that distort voice)
The server was almost full of players who play ETQW for many years (Sorry for not capture the players or the game replay, but I have the console dump)
Meanwhile, another new smurf join the server as Click. Here (almost 0 XP)

and another called Patrik_101 appears, who have a hot aim.
(Who when I asked their real name, he say that was Cane, but I dont have that smurf for that account, maybe is an old one)
Seems this smurfing practice is increasing, and almost all of them have an increasing good aim in a mater of few weeks.
from whence come these "new" players to this game so old and almost forgotten ? (or are a few old friends who change their names when they change their panties ? )

I did not have that much of a problem with Patrick.Sure he can shoot good but he is no better that say Duhammer with a hyper. Its not like he is getting most kills every game

because it divert attention and helps those who want to hide, making more difficult to the rest of the community know who is who.Him-Again wrote:I am not sure why we are getting so many new names on ?
Today hacks notified and react when a player is being watched (also, is there a ETQW command console to know if you are being watched, but I do not remember the command right now)(UPDATE: see this link http://forums.warchest.com/showthread.p ... OYED/page2 )
It is my humble opinion that perhaps it would be better to record the games from the server when you suspect someone and watch the demo offline, with this would avoid having to enter a smurf account to watch and suspected players do not know they are being recorded for later analysis.
Making surveillance offline, could enable tracking of aliases and strengthen the community by removing the hideout of the smurfs
I propose the demo server instead of local, because local demo does not record the entire game, only the part that needs the player who is recording.
It is not an easy task, and I respect the work you guys are doing as admin. Thanks for your time and for maintaining the server.

As Alias tracking is disabled in BBA, I only see full names (including TAG), I have no tools that can show if the names are complete or compounds (Account + TAG or TAG + account) or see the GUID.Him-Again wrote:Some of them names have been on BBA for awhile
Nuda900R
Dodgecity
and Sunshine is an old hat of 7 years
Example: what I see as "Nuda900R" can be
"Nuda900" + "R" (both combinations Account + TAG or TAG + account)
"Nuda" + "900R" (both combinations Account + TAG or TAG + account)
"N" + "uda900R" (both combinations Account + TAG or TAG + account)
"Nu" + "da900R" (both combinations Account + TAG or TAG + account)
....
....
.... Etc, etc, etc.
I hope that administrators have access to better information than I have as a common player, because this way it would be easy to take the place of any other player who is not active in recent times
