Have an idea... how about a reminder out to the membership each month for a donation? I play and enjoy the game enough where I would be happy to contribute each month. If we all donate, how much would cover the expenses?

I'm happy with $75 - $100 a month. It covers costs and leaves a tiny bit to cover slow donation months.

I don't think most folks would be happy with spams every month. Most members are good with donating regularly.

Can the Donors link at least sort chronologically? That way much easier to see what is in the form the month.

The shopping cart module we are using doesn't do that, however when I get a few moments I can write a page that does it.

Is the Donors list a manual update? I'm pretty sure I donated last week, but the list shows I haven't donated since May?

Sort of. I have to go in an put the userid from the forums in next to each donation. The payment module for the forums is kind of a flaky pain in my ass. :eew:

I'm updating it now...

I enabled the Donate button that sits right next to the "Donors" page on the links bar. Supposedly if you use that button instead of the big fancy paypal button it will automatically associate it with your forum account and show it immediately.

Sorry I'm a slacker, life you know :help:
