Hello and nice to see players still here playing this, I mainly play on old farts but I play where I see a good map and players.

I connected to server and played same maps you have for long time. Please change some.
I played and really not enjoy North pole and radar maps. I have help other servers with map suggests and they keep them on because they are good.

Here are some popular voted & great maps I suggest men

Ron,

I'll check this out when I get a moment. Not all maps have OmniBot waypoints. Since we use Omnibots here that is kind of required.

If anyone else would care to comment on these maps and make suggestions of what maps should be pulled I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi Bloodbane,

I think Beer Run is one that could go as the bots don't seem to know what to do. I find Braundorf to be quite frustrating as there is a single bottleneck that can pretty much shut down the allied team. Maybe Northpole could go as it's a Christmas themed map.

Went through the list of maps on this site and randomly checked out a few interesting ones, don't know how many will run with Omnibot though.

I will download it and give it a try but it probably doesn't hurt to load it up anyway. Any new map will be a big deal.

Added maps - alchemycastle_b3, BBA CTF, Bremen final, capuzzo final, toxic facility, industry2, carnage canyon, hotchkiss, steelplant2

If some of these suck, crash, whatever please let me know as some of these have never been on BBA servers before.

The time is all in building the campaign file and verifying that omnibot actually works with the map. If you know how to build the files then I'm open to assistance.

Love the additions (especially BBA CTF), and most subtractions. If there is one map I would love to see go, its Hydro Dam... so boring... if it was a 15 min map.. maybe.. but 30 mins of just running back and forth is no fun. I am reading up on doing waypoints for the bots. Doesn't look horrid. Going to work on it and see how it goes, if that helps any.

I can drop hydro dams time limit easy enough. Would double jump make it better?

Yea Double jump and 15 mins would definitely help. Double Jump would definitely make it more interesting.

A shorter Hydro DAm would be great. Really like the new desert tank escort map (can't remember the name) as it's great for sniping.

What is the best way to learn how to modfy the maps? I would love to be able to help but don't know where to start.

Modifying maps is a bit outside of my knowledge base. All I do is modify the server cvar settings for a map, and set the following map to toggle it back to normal.

The timer is dropped to 20, for whatever reason thats the lowest you can drop this map to without editing the mapscripts.

Mack, I figured out how to delete those doors so that dyno step is removed. Would that be an improvement? I tossed my script in for everyone to test. If it sucks its an easy delete.
