You more then likely have a key which is stuck down, either the membrane pads have failed ( which no repair) or you have something gooie holding them together ( been surfing porn sites?). You can dissassemble the keyboard and use windex or plain alcohol to clean the "membrane" switches. so...

You can get really good FPS by turning off textures and turning on wire frames.... course this makes it look like you playing a fancy game of tank battle from the 80's......


Problem is you cant really tell one team from another when they all look like stick people.
