as an addition to that explanation i would like to add this. hard drive sizes are advertised as their decimal size 1000 bytes =1 kb when their actual size is binary 1024 bytes =1 kb. after extrapolating this out you will lose about 1 gb per 15 gb approx. kweegwin your 160 gb drive is about 149 gb ac...
